1. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Give a valid e-mail address, keep your password and recovery key safe, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract in your country.
2. Plans and limits
The free plan includes a limited number of browser profiles and a limited amount of cloud backup storage, as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are not on sale yet. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before anything is charged. Profiles above your plan's limit are locked, not deleted. Pricing
3. Acceptable use
You may use Morpho Browser only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not use it to:
- commit fraud, including payment fraud, identity theft, fake reviews or advertising fraud;
- access accounts, systems or data without permission, or take over other people's accounts;
- send spam, spread malware or run phishing;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or harass anyone;
- break laws, sanctions or export rules that apply to you;
- attack or overload the Service, or get around its limits and security.
You are responsible for following the terms of the websites and platforms you use with Morpho Browser. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Your data
Your browser profiles are stored on your computer. Cloud backups and transfers are end-to-end encrypted: we can't read them, and we can't recover them if you lose both your password and your recovery key. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy
5. The software
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app while you have an account. The app includes open-source components, such as Chromium and Camoufox, which remain under their own licences. You may not resell the Service or remove notices from it.
6. Updates and changes
The app updates itself with signed updates. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by e-mail or in the app.
7. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the Service running and secure, but it is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any website will accept or keep accepting your accounts. Websites decide for themselves whom they let in.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost or restricted accounts on third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. When an account is deleted, its cloud backups are deleted with it.
